Bookings and reservations
Treatments can be booked online at: www.ovaverva.ch/reservation
You can also make a booking by phone on

We recommend that you report to the spa reception no later than 10 minutes before your treatment starts. Treatment bookings from CHF 110 include admission for a spa stay (3 hours) at the OVAVERVA.
The 10th treatment is free
If you purchase 10 treatments, you will receive the tenth treatment for free.
Health insurance policy
Treatments at the OVAVERVA cannot be settled by your health insurance. These are wellness offerings.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment; any later than that, the full amount will be charged for the treatment booked.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, it may not be possible to provide the treatment or part of it. Any pre-scheduled treatments that are not provided will be charged for in full.
Spa shop
You will find exclusive wellness and beauty products in our spa shop. Here you will also find gifts for loved ones and vouchers for treatments. Vouchers are also available from the online shop and can be printed at home.
